“Recursos tecnológicos colaborativos en el proceso de enseñanza aprendizaje, en el área de Lengua y Literatura”

The current research had as aim to demonstrate the collaborative technological resources use incidence in the reflective reading and writing development focused to the teachers, which it was applied the qualitative and quantitative approach, where it participated two academic authorities and seventh grades five teachers, of Basic General Education, from Cotopaxi Province Educational Unit, who were the main actors for the information collection. For this, it was used the interview and survey instruments for identifying the problems, what have teachers in the activity’s implementation, what strengthen the students reflective and critical thinking supported by the computer spaces available to the institution. In this sense, the results show, what when making presentations in web applications, students feel more motivated and interested into participating continuously, further, it is evidenced that with the teacher direction the student can achieve a texts global understanding, as well as it allows more time for the interaction between teacher and student to be more meaningful. Therefore, it is concluded, which the technological didactic guide elaboration has made teachers aware about the institution computer spaces proper use in the access limited times, by taking into account, what humanity has reached new aims that technology intervenes even more in the different social fields.La presente investigación tuvo como propósito demostrar la incidencia del uso de recursos tecnológicos colaborativos en el desarrollo de la lectura y escritura reflexiva enfocado a los docentes, para lo cual se aplicó el enfoque cualitativo y cuantitativo donde participaron dos autoridades académicas y cinco docentes de los séptimos años de Educación General Básica de la Unidad Educativa Provincia de Cotopaxi quienes fueron los actores principales para la recolección de información. Para ello, se utilizó los instrumentos de la entrevista y encuesta para identificar las problemáticas que tienen los docentes en la implementación de actividades que fortalezcan el pensamiento reflexivo y crítico de los estudiantes apoyados de los espacios informáticos que dispone la institución. En este sentido, los resultados demuestran que al realizar presentaciones en aplicaciones web los estudiantes se sienten más motivados e interesados en participar continuamente, además, se evidencia que con la dirección del docente el estudiante puede alcanzar una comprensión global de los textos, así también, permite dar mayor tiempo para que la interacción entre docente y estudiante sea más significativa. Por lo tanto, se concluye que la elaboración de la guía didáctica tecnológica ha concientizado a los docentes sobre el aprovechamiento adecuado de los espacios informáticos de la institución en los tiempos limitados para su acceso, tomando en cuenta que la humanidad ha alcanzado nuevos objetivos en el que intervenga aún más la tecnología en los diferentes campos sociales
